Can I get an estimate over the phone with measurements?: No, we do not offer estimates over the phone without taking a look at the property of the potential project first. There are many other components that go into giving an estimate than just measurements. We want to ensure that we give our potential customers the most accurate estimate for the project.
Where are you located?: We are located in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
Do you accept reservations?: We are a first come, first serve business. Jobs cannot be reserved as they are done in the order in which they come. Once on schedule you will be contacted and notified for the upcoming start of the project a week prior to beginning. Weather conditions can affect the time of start.
How are the payment plans once contracted ?: Once contracted for the project, we ask that there be a 50% deposit the day the job is started and the remaining balance the day the job is completed. The deposit is deducted from the total balance of the project.
What forms of payments do you accept?: The forms of payments that we accept are cash or checks. We do charge an additional fee for any payments that are made through check.
